Zenzeni Africa Safaris ("Zenzeni", "we", "us") plans safaris and holidays across Kenya and East Africa. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and how you can control it.

- Contact and enquiry details you submit through the contact form, safari enquiry form, or Plan My Trip wizard (name, email, phone, travel preferences).
- Newsletter sign-up details (email, first name).
- Messages you send our AI travel assistant, which are stored so a consultant can follow up on your conversation.
- Basic technical data (pages visited, device/browser type) via analytics, where enabled.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and put together travel itineraries and quotes.
- To send trip-related updates and, if you've opted in, occasional travel newsletters.
- To improve the website and our AI assistant's usefulness.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only where necessary to deliver your trip — for example with accommodation partners to confirm a booking, or with payment processors to take a deposit. We do not share your details with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
